Fischer, Prof. Dr. med. Markus

Specialist for oto-rhino-laryngology

At our practice, we aim at offering our patients diagnostics and therapy of ear, nose and throat disorders on medical university level, maintaining a very personal and individual relationship between physician and patient within a beautiful and well-tended environment.
The high medical standard is guaranteed by the extraordinarily broad experience of Professor Dr. Fischer in conservative and surgical procedures. With their friendliness and cordiality, the entire team will make your stay at our practice very pleasant. And last but not least the complete re-design of the practice contributes to a modern and harmonic ambiance.
The diagnostic and therapeutic field of activities comprises both surgical and conservative therapies in an outpatient and inpatient setting. A focal point is middle ear surgery including stapes surgery up to the insertion of implantable hearing aids. The team also possesses broad experience in surgical therapy of Ménière’s disease and the implanting of Cochlear implants. Modern computer-aided audiometric systems including a corresponding noise-controlled cabin allow reliable audiologic diagnostics on top level. In the area of nose and paranasal sinus surgery, modern endoscopic and microscopic surgical procedures are applied. Surgical therapy of throat disorders, microsurgery of the larynx, endonasal surgery of the nasolacrimal ducts, as well as diagnostics and surgical therapy of sleep-related breathing disorders complement the range of therapies offered.
