All relevant medical diagnoses:

• X-ray CT, MRT images from the last two years
• Laboratory results, ECG where applicable
• Lists of medication and medication
• Heart pass, cardiac pacemaker pass
• Marcumar pass or anticoagulation pass
• Marcumar-Pass bzw. Antikoagulations-Pass
• Allergy, X-ray, diabetic, prosthesispasses

You should not bring valuables and large sums of money with you. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables.

If you regularly take an anticoagulant (Aspirin, Marcumar, Plavix, Iscover, Tiklyd or similar) or diabetes medication, please discuss the adjustment of this medication with your referring doctor.

Should you suffer from a cardiovascular illness, please have your referring doctor confirm your cardiac resilience with medical findings.
